BlackBerry Enterprise Volume Licensing Program
Research In Motion®
has introduced the BlackBerry Enterprise Volume Licensing Program. This program
allows enterprise customers who either have, or are planning to deploy the
BlackBerry solution widely. There are two different tiers to the program that
target different size deployments. Both tiers offer the following benefits:
- Reduced administration. BlackBerry Enterprise Volume Licensing Program
customers can purchase Client Access Licenses (CALs) quarterly in arrears as
opposed to an up front or adhoc basis. This reduces license tracking efforts and
streamlines purchasing.
- Improved pricing. Regardless of the quantity of BlackBerry smartphones being
purchased, enterprise licensing customers get the very best purchase price.
There is no legal agreement required to be executed by either party in order to
take advantage of these programs. These programs are available from Insight.
Who is this for?
BlackBerry Enterprise Licensing Tier 1 targets customers
with more than 1,000 BlackBerry active devices deployed.
BlackBerry Enterprise Licensing Tier 10 targets customers
with more than 10,000 BlackBerry active devices deployed.
