
Acronis License Program (ALP)
A great deal for customers who buy multiple licences
The Acronis
Licence Programme (ALP) was developed to make volume licence and maintenance
purchases cost-effective, whilst protecting the value of software investments.
For every product licence purchased, the customer (licensee) obtains ALP points.
The number of points accumulated determines the level of discount
awarded.
Benefits of the programme
- It cuts costs for those purchasing licence and maintenance agreements in
volume
- No contract is required and there is no commitment to make further purchases
- Mix and match from all eligible products to gain points
- The discount obtained is valid for 12 months from the initial purchase and
can be extended by subsequent qualifying purchases
Maintenance agreements
Maintenance agreements are included with
licences purchased under the ALP scheme. This entitles the customer to receive
all updates, patches and new product versions that are released during the
period of the agreement as well as technical support.
Technical support levels:
There are two levels of technical support
depending on the preferred service level and investment. Acronis Advantage
Standard (*AAS) provides regular support during office hours while Acronis
Advantage Premier (**AAP) provides priority support at all times with a faster
response time.

Earning discounts
Discount levels are determined by points; these
points are earned by purchasing product licences. The more products bought, the
higher the discount. Table 2 shows the discount level corresponding with each
level of points.
